 个人简介

1993—1997年,重庆大学,工业自动化专业,获学士学位;

1997—2000重庆大学,控制理论与控制工程专业,获硕士学位;

2000—2003华中科技大学,系统工程专业,获博士学位。

 

 主要研究方向

忆阻系统的建模、仿真与优化,基于忆阻的信息存储电路设计与优化,基于忆阻的类脑智能计算电路设计与实现,深度学习等。
